The Role:
We are seeking a skilledEstimatorto work from ourbrand-new design studio in Labrador. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring our projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential renovation projects
- Analyse project specifications and provide accurate pricing
- Source and liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and trades
- Assist with budget planning and project cost control
- Collaborate with the design and project management team
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications,
and site measurements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience inestimating within the renovation or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of materials, labour costs, and industry standards
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fergus & Cabinet vision experience will help your application, but not required.
