Infinite Aged Care is seeking a Customer Admissions Manager to drive sales and occupancy across three Cairns homes. Based in Cairns, you will support recent residents and their families through the often emotional admissions journey while representing the brand with empathy and professionalism.
You will manage CRM enquiries, maintain strong relationships with residents and partners, and travel between sites as needed to meet targets and deliver service excellence.
