What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate incoming service jobs and customer enquiries
- Enter jobs, raise quotes and work orders in iScala
- Communicate job progress and updates to customers
- Support workshop and field service scheduling
- Process rental contracts, fleet dispatch and returns
- Maintain fleet readiness and asset status records
- Assist with invoicing, reporting and general admin support
Hours & Work/Life Balance
- Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Friday:
7:00am - 1:00pm (early finish every Friday)
- Weekends off

What we’re looking for
- 2+ years experience in service admin / customer support
- Experience in industrial, hire, pumps or engineering industries beneficial
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with solid attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (b iScala ideal but not essential /b)
- Current driver’s licence
