About the Role - Our Medical Receptionist

We are excited to be on the hunt for a superstar a full-time Medical Receptionist position within our Patient Services Team, following an internal promotion.

Our Medical Reception team serves as the first point of contact for patients when they arrive for their appointments. We operate a slight different approach by having an in office dedicated call center, which allows our reception staff to focus exclusively on delivering exceptional customer service to our patients.

Essential to the role will be:

Strong administration skills with attention to detail.

Highly organised with ability to prioritise tasks





Passionate about patient care and the patient experience

Ability to learn and adapt to new software, processes and procedures

Experience working autonomously with the ability to self-solve problems

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent phone manner and ability to multitask

Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times

Medical reception / administration / customer service background desirable
