About the Role
As a Business Trainee, you'll provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team, helping to coordinate training programs and maintain accurate employee training records across the organisation.
This is a varied role where you'll learn all aspects of business administration while working alongside experienced professionals.
What You’ll Learn
Throughout your traineeship you'll gain experience in:
- Assisting with onboarding and induction administration
- Coordinating training bookings, venues and resources
- Preparing emails, training invitations and learner communications
- Maintaining employee training records and databases
- Updating Learning Management System (LMS) records
- Uploading learning materials and compliance training
- Monitoring mandatory training and licence expiry dates
- Maintaining training registers and documentation
- Supporting internal audits and compliance activities
- Preparing meeting agendas, presentations and meeting minutes
- Providing general administrative support to the Learning & Development team
