Crane Hotline is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crane Operator/Dogger to join our dynamic team in Ipswich, Queensland. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various cranes, ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

- Operate cranes, including set-up, operation and dismantling, to lift and move materials and equipment on construction sites
- Perform dogger duties, including assisting with the preparation and coordination of lifts
- Conduct pre-operational checks and maintain detailed records of crane operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with the broader construction team to accomplish project goals
- Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Crane Operator/Dogger in the construction industry
- Valid C6 (Slew Crane) or CN (Non-slewing Mobile Crane) High-Risk Work Licence




- Demonstrated knowledge of crane operation and rigging/dogging procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Solid safety-focused mindset and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
