The Opportunity

The Finance Officerat Bishopp isresponsible for theaccurate and efficientdelivery of financialoperations, with astrong focus onaccounts receivable, dataintegrity, and clientservice. This roleensures financial recordsare maintained withprecision while deliveringtimely,high-qualitysupport to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitor customer accountsand proactively followup on outstandingpayments
- Manage accounts inline with companycredit terms, policies, and procedures.
- Negotiate appropriate paymentarrangements while maintainingpositive customer relationships.
- Process customer paymentsaccurately and maintainreliable financial records.
- Maintain accurate customeraccount information, correspondence, and supporting documentation.

Skills and Experience

To be successfulin this role,



you will have:

- Experience in anAccounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections role(Accounts Payable experienceis advantageous butnot essential).
- Robust reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solvingskills.
- Experience using accountingor ERP systems(NetSuite experience ishighly regarded)
- Strong Microsoft Exceland Microsoft Officeskills.
- Exceptional organisationalskills with ahigh level ofaccuracy and attentionto detail.
