A well-established custom home builder based in Bella Vista is currently hiring for an in-house Bookkeeper/Finance Officer to oversee the day-to-day finance function while supporting the wider office where required.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end Accounts Payable, including processing supplier and subcontractorinvoices through Xero
- Accounts Receivable and customer invoicing
- Assisting with residential progress claims and progress payments
- Preparing and processing fortnightly payment runs
- Bank and supplier reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end processes
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams
- Assisting with Home Owners Warranty documentation and insurance administration




- Providing general office administration support as required

About You

- Experienced in an Accounts Officer, Accounts Assistant or Assistant Accountant position
- Confident using Xero
- Experienced within the construction, residential building or property industry (highly regarded)
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- A strong communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team
- Happy to take on a mix of accounting and office administration responsibilities
