Company Description Our clientis dedicated to helping individuals enhance their communicative abilities through a variety of specialised services. Our clinicians may choose to grow their caseload in areas such as developmental language disorder, literacy and trauma-informed, responsive and client-led services, AAC and disability, Apraxia, Stuttering, Feeding and Mealtime Management.
We have a large referral base across Brisbane and provide in-person and remote care.
Role Description : This is a part-time role for a Mid to Senior level Speech Language Pathologist. This role will suit a self-starter who wants to have autonomy and flexibility, yet have a team of like-minded people around them.
Our Speech Pathologists love to work in their own areas of interest and have access to a streamlined administration and billing team that eliminates the admin burden so they can focus on their clinical work. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing holistic, evidence-based care to our clients who are experiencing many barriers to their communication confidence.
This may include parent education and support, community engagement, school-based supports and advocacy as well as individual treatment.

Qualifications
- If you have any of the following you may benefit from our opportunities: Speech Therapy and Communication Disorders skills and experience Awareness, understanding of or lived experience of communication disorders/differences
- A developed ability to prioritise and plan Strong skills in client communication, particularly around providing transparent guidance and support that is individualised and responsive (and useful!) Understanding and/or experience of neurodiversity-affirming (or human affirming) practice
- Real and working knowledge of client-led assessment and intervention New garduates are welcome
