Gaming & Beverage Attendants and Cellar/Maintenance

Penrith RSL Club Limited is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming & Beverage Attendants and a Cellar/Maintenance Hand to join our hospitality team on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a brand new dynamic gaming and hospitality environment at one of Penrith's premier locations.

In this role, you will be the face of our club, delivering exceptional service across both our gaming floor and beverage operations. You will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests, ensuring their visits are enjoyable and memorable. This position offers flexibility and variety, allowing you to develop skills across multiple areas of our hospitality operations.

What you'll be doing

- Providing attentive and qualified service to gaming machine players, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and club policies
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine and spirits. (Cocktail experience is preferred)
- Assist with cellar and maintenance operations, including receiving deliveries, rotating stock, changing kegs, restocking cool rooms and maintaining stock levels. (Cellar/Maintenance experience is preferred)
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of gaming and bar areas throughout your shift
- Responding promptly to member and guest requests and inquiries




- Monitoring gaming areas for any issues or concerns and reporting to management
- Supporting the team during peak trading periods
- Following all relevant gaming and liquor licensing regulations
- Assisting with general hospitality duties as needed to ensure smooth operations

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in hospitality, gaming, or beverage service environments
- Current RSA and RCG certifications. Advanced RCG is highly regarded.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of personal presentation and hygiene
