We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Signage All-Rounder with strong fabrication skills to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Signage All-Rounder with strong fabrication skills to join our team.
About the Role
This is a wide-ranging role where no two days are the same. While we're looking for someone who can work across all areas of signage production, there is a strong focus on metal fabrication and the manufacture of illuminated signage.
You will be involved in:
- Fabricating aluminium and steel frames for signs
- Manufacturing metal fabricated letters and illuminated lettersets
- Building pylon signs and large custom signage
- LED wiring and assembly of illuminated signage
- Manufacturing acrylic,
ACM and other signage products
- Vinyl application and sign finishing
- Preparation, sanding and painting of signage
- Assembly and quality control
- Working with the production team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in the signage industry (essential)
- Strong metal fabrication skills
- Experience manufacturing illuminated signage and lettersets
- Knowledge of LED wiring and lighting systems
- Experience with aluminium, steel, acrylic and ACM
- Experience applying vinyl to signs
- Good painting and finishing skills
- A strong eye for detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to read workshop drawings and work independently
- Current driver's licence
- Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
- Installation experience (advantageous)
