ISO Quality Specialist - 12 week fixed term contract

The Role

Reporting to the Quality and Safeguarding Manager, you will play a key role in driving the implementation of an ISO 9001-aligned Quality Management System (QMS) and preparing the organisation for certification.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating implementation activities against the ISO 9001 roadmap;
- Conducting and supporting ISO 9001 gap analysis activities;
- Developing and maintaining quality management documentation, policies and procedures;
- Supporting business units to embed quality management processes into daily operations;
- Maintaining implementation plans, project milestones and risk registers;
- Coordinating document control processes, evidence repositories and compliance registers;
- Preparing the organisation for internal and external audits;
- Assisting stakeholders to prepare for certification audits and interviews;
- Delivering training, guidance and support to internal teams; and
- Providing regular project updates and progress reporting to leadership.





About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 standards;
- Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems, audits and continuous improvement frameworks; and
- Experience developing policies, procedures and process documentation.

Highly regarded

- ISO Lead Auditor Certification;
- Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP or similar);
- Experience within disability, health, aged care, community services or other regulated environments; and
- Exposure to ISO 27001.
