About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Terania Creek, NSW.

This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex support needs, including:

- Personal care and daily living assistance

- Medication administration

- Community access and transport

- Behaviour support (where required)

- Supporting participants to achieve their individual goals and maximise independence

- Accurate documentation and reporting

About You

To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek like-minded Support Workers who uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creativity, Inspire, Mindfulness, and Boldness.

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Disability Support Worker.

- Experience providing personal care and medication administration.

- Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours (highly desirable but not essential).

- Experience supporting participants with Epilipsey (highly desirable but not essential).

- A relevant qualification (minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or related field).

- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance.

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

- Medication Administration Certificate (or willingness to obtain—we can provide training).

- Manual Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain—we can provide training).

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, sleepovers, and public holidays where required.
