About the role

Due to consistent business and market growth we have a number of exciting opportunities to join our team.We are currently seeking an experienced mandarin speaker Registered Migration Agent to perform migration work without supervision..

The role will also include:

Prepare timely and accurate adviceregarding visa options and other related immigration issues

Providing advice to and managing the expectations of clients and visa applicants

Complete online visa Application form, state and regional nominations and skills assessment application lodgement





Liaising with clients over the phone, in person and via email, gathering visa documents from clients and following up applications

Accurately maintain and update client files in relevant systems, including working with CRM system

Skills and experience

Should be a mandarin speaker Registered Migration Agent with at least 1 years experience.

Remains on-top of changing legislation and policies.

Ability to learn quickly new systems and processes.

Good writing and communication skills.

Professional, rapid and accurate with High attention to detail.
