Having opened our doors in 2017, we are experiencing a period of growth, and we are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a keen eye for detail, and a passion for providing outstanding service to share in the fun.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team environment, taking ownership of a small, but growing portfolio, with leasing, and trust accounting assistance provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections, and manage any follow up.
- Efficiently coordinate property maintenance.
- Monitor and manage rental arrears.
- Carry out lease renewal negotiations and rent reviews.
- Complete leasing inspections, and process applications with the assistance of team members.
- Ensure all daily tasks in are carried out in compliance with current legislation.

What You Will Need

- Current Queensland Certificate of Registration, and all CPD requirements met.
- Current Driver's Licence, and legal right to work in Australia.




- Knowledge and understanding of residential tenancy legislation, and compliance.
- Ability to work independently, or in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and grow with the team.
- A high level of attention to detail, and good problem solving skills.
- Experience with industry software and confidence in learning current systems.
- A positive attitude is absolutely essential!
