Children experience authentic nature-based learning through outdoor exploration, gardening, sustainability projects and regular interactions with animals including barnyard animals, reptiles and aquariums. Our outdoor environments are thoughtfully designed to inspire creativity, curiosity and adventure every day.

About You

You will bring:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Knowledge of safe sleep, supervision and child protection practices
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Child Protection and Food Safety training (or willingness to complete)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality education and care
- A love of nature-based learning and outdoor play
