The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer / Glazing Installation Assistant to support our experienced onsite glazier with installation works across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time role offering 38 standard hours per week, Monday to Friday, with regular overtime available and the potential for Saturday work when required. This position would suit someone who is physically fit, hands-on, and keen to learn from an experienced tradesperson. Previous glazing experience is beneficial but not essential, provided you have the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to work hard on site.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting with installation works,
- Site preparation,
- Loading and unloading materials,
- Heavy lifting,
- Keeping work areas safe and tidy




- Supporting the glazier to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will be:

- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work full-time hours with overtime as required
- Physically fit and confident with heavy lifting and manual handling
- Comfortable working under the direction of an experienced glazier
- Interested in learning onsite glazing and installation work
- Based locally in the Gold Coast area, or able to travel from Brisbane
- Safety-conscious and able to work well as part of a small onsite team
- Able to work longer hours when project demands require it

You will also need:

- A current White Card
- Previous glazing, construction, labouring, or installation experience, desirable but not essential
- Supportive, family-oriented work environment
- Prospect to learn from an experienced onsite glazier
- Full-time stability with regular overtime available
- Hands-on role across residential and commercial glazing projects
