About The Role:

We're looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Purchasing Demand Planner to support demand planning, supplier communication, purchasing, and inventory operations across a portfolio of leading brands.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building supplier relationships, and ensuring stock is forecasted, ordered, and delivered efficiently. You'll play a key role in maintaining inventory performance while supporting the day-to-day operational flow of the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Analyse sales and inventory data to support ordering decisions





Support Forecasting and inventory planning across multiple brands

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment

Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth product flow

Maintain accurate product, pricing, and stock data within internal systems

Assist with reporting, claims, product launches, and retailer submissions

About You:

Previous experience in forecasting essential. Experience in inventory, purchasing, supply chain, or administration highly regarded

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Highly competent in Excel, systems, and reporting tools

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
