About the Role

As a Junior Finance Administration & Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for clients making enquiries about finance. You'll work closely with our brokers to help guide applications through the approval process while developing valuable skills in customer service, administration and lending.

Your Responsibilities





- Speak with clients and qualify inbound enquiries
- Complete loan applications over the phone
- Collect supporting documentation from clients
- Prepare application files for broker submission
- Follow up with clients to keep applications progressing
- Update client records using our CRM system
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
