The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to work two days a week. In this role, you will be the face of our brand—creating a warm, inviting environment for everyone who walks through our doors, while ensuring the store looks immaculate and runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Provide a warm, genuine welcome to all customers and deliver exceptional service to drive sales.

- Sales & Consultation:



Listen to customer needs, share product knowledge, and confidently assist them in finding the perfect items.

- Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently handle transactions, processing cash and card payments accurately.

- Inventory & Restocking: Ensure the shop floor is always fully stocked, beautifully presented, and organized.

- Store Presentation: Maintain high store standards through light cleaning, dusting, and keeping the space tidy and protected.

What We Are Looking For:

- Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is highly regarded.

- A warm, friendly, and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.

- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.

- Ability to work a consistent 2-day roster

- Full working rights in Australia.
