Six brand-new metro stations from St Marys to the new Aerotropolis.
Twelve new metro trains and core rail systems.

The Opportunity - Health & Safety Advisor
The Health & Safety Advisor will coordinate and manage all delivery aspects of WHS on the SSTOM project as per deed and Legislative requirements.
This isn't a tick and flick compliance role. It's a genuine opportunity to shape safety culture, mentor frontline teams, and make a measurable difference across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Complies with Webuild Group policies and procedures as amended from time to time
- Oversees the sites compliance obligations under the Occupational Safety and Health Act and associated legislative requirements.
- Stops the progress of the relevant part of the Project Works where health or safety is being or may be compromised.
- Monitors compliance with the health and safety management systems.
- Support supervisory personnel to understand their WHS requirements and help establish consultation arrangements with employees
- Supports WHS and site management in investigations of incidents, injuries, and hazards providing assistance and recommendations to develop appropriate preventative actions to reduce the likelihood of reoccur
- SSTOM Personnel should comply with the provisions under the Sustainability Management Plan and National Policy's and Guidelines, to ensure onsite behaviors are consistent with our Sustainability obligations.
- Develop & cultivate relationships with clients ensuring compliance with both client and company requirements.
- Ensure all activities are carried out with due regard to safe working practice, safety of personnel and the integrity of the equipment.
What you'll need to be successful
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety
- First Aid Certificate
- A comprehensive understanding of H&S; systems and programs as well as risk management principles. Ensuring all relevant regulatory requirements are satisfied
- Competent in planning and organising work schedules · Working knowledge of HS&E; requirements and implementation of same
- Experience in investigating and reporting safety incidents
- Current advanced certificate in First Aid
- Working knowledge of risk assessments and audit procedures
- Clear communication - verbal and written
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Package
