- Repairs on motorhome electrical/plumbing and cabinetry fit out
- Perform fit out servicing and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and accommodate their needs to the highest standard
- Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken and parts used
- Work collaboratively with the engineering team to identify and implement improvements
- Fit out service & repair of Horizon Motorhomes & Frontline Campervans
What we're looking for
- Experience as a Service Technician, preferably in the motorhome/caravan industry
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills of electrical/plumbing and fit out issues
- Excellent communication skills to support customers and colleagues
- Aftermarket accessory fitment experience is desirable
- Experience/knowledge with Enerdrive charging systems an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines and maintain high levels of workmanship
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service
