At woolloo, we're redefining how consumer goods companies connect with their customers, powering retail execution with data and AI products that actually get used.

This is a graduate role, not a graduate program. No rotations, no shadowing, no waiting your turn. You'll work directly with our CEO, Technical Product Manager, and Principal Software Engineer on real product, for real customers, from week one.

We're not hiring for experience. We're hiring for curiosity. We want someone genuinely fascinated by what happens when you bring apps, data, agents, and metadata together into one deeply unified platform that drives customer success.

What You'll Actually Do

Explore, research, and ideate: test what's possible with frontier AI and turn it into features customers use

Co-create AI-enabled capabilities for woolloo and leading consumer goods brands

Support our customers: onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and turning their feedback into product improvements

Get hands-on with data: reports, dashboards, and insights that help field teams make faster decisions

Test and validate releases, and help turn "we want a dashboard" into "we need to make this decision faster"

The Stack You'll Work With

Salesforce, Tableau Cloud, cloud data environments and the latest frontier LLMs. You won't just use these tools, you'll figure out what they make possible.

You'll Fit Right In If You…

Have (or are finishing) a degree in computer science, AI, data or similar.

Are genuinely curious: you tinker, prototype, and can tell which ideas are worth chasing

Write clearly and think in structured steps

Enjoy talking to customers and aren't afraid to ask clarifying questions

Care about whether what we ship actually solve the problems at hand

Can handle a fast-moving setting where priorities evolve

Technical skills that will make you stand out

SQL – Google BigQuery, PostgresSQL or any other flavour

Software Development, ideally in a structured language like Java, Node.js or C#, but your Python skills would come in handy as well!

Experience with creating structured data sets from unstructured sources – think of importing large data sets into a data lake for model training

Based in Barangaroo, Sydney, we work from the office 4 days per week. On the harbour, close to Wynyard Station and Barangaroo Ferry, great space with barista, breakout areas, and end-of-trip facilities.
