Shaffa in Surry Hills, NSW 2010, is opening a current Middle Eastern restaurant and seeks a hands-on Sous Chef to lead a large kitchen team.

You will bring at least 4 years as a qualified Chef and a minimum of 2 years as Sous Chef, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, plus HACCP knowledge and calm under pressure. Experience in Middle Eastern cuisine is a plus, and you will train staff to maintain high-quality cuisine.
