Now, we're looking for a Dock Master to join our growing team and elevate our service to new heights!

Responsibilities

- Provide entry into the Loading Dock via access control system
- Oversee all loading and unloading activities within the Loading Dock
- Accept bookings and manage the allocation of loading docks
- Monitor and enforce booking durations




- Manage a sign in register and allocate contractor keys
- Undertake regular inspections of the loading dock
- Communicate using clear and skilled language
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the loading/unloading process.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate
- A desire to learn
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to work Saturdays (every second week)
- An ability to work unsupervised.
