The role

Every shipment that reaches a customer starts with precision, teamwork, and attention to detail. As a Warehouse Specialist, you'll play an important role in ensuring goods move safely, accurately, and efficiently through our operation.

This role is more than moving freight. You'll be part of a team that delivers on our customer promise every day by maintaining accuracy, supporting operational excellence, and contributing to a safe and productive warehouse environment. Working alongside experienced logistics professionals, you'll help ensure every order is handled with care from receipt through to dispatch.

We're seeking a motivated team member who can commence at short notice and make an immediate impact on our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

- Deliver on the customer promise: Ensure goods are received, handled, and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Drive operational excellence: Support efficient warehouse operations through the safe and effective execution of daily activities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy:



Contribute to stock integrity through inventory checks, counts, and reconciliations.
- Champion safety and quality: Follow all safety, quality, and operational standards to maintain a safe and productive workplace.
- Collaborate across the operation: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to achieve shared operational goals.
- Support continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and operational performance.

Requirements

- Commitment to delivering safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations.
- Experience in receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory management activities.
- Current LF Forklift Licence and experience operating warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet customer and operational requirements.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Dedication to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and workplace organisation.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
