Job Description

We’re expanding our team and seeking Occupational Therapistswho are passionate about improving the lives of people with disability.

Caseload Location: Within 30mins from your home suburb anywhere within the Brisbane area!

Work Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Your Role

As part of our multi-disciplinary team,



you’ll support NDIS participants across all ages in a community setting by:

- Managing a varied caseload and delivering therapeutic services in line with participant goals
- Assessing emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function
- Developing evidence-based treatment goals and interventions tailored to each individual
- Recommending assistive technology and environmental modifications for increased independence
- Supporting participants in home, school, work, and community settings
- Maintaining compliance with current legislation and best-practice standards

Qualifications

Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist

Robust written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

A proactive and innovative mindset, with a genuine desire to make a difference

Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team

A passion for helping people in the disability sector
