About the role:





- This is a 50/50 office and on-road position.

- Proactively buildand expanding client relationships - providing exceptional service.

- Work to a regular call cycle, meeting and exceedingKPI’s and targets.

- Identify,close and onboardnew business opportunities.

- Conduct site visits to accurately quote new opportunities.

- Be an effective communicator - theconduit between cleaning teams andclients.

- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure standards are maintained.

- Interviewing potential new cleaning teams.

- Be the voice of the customer- providing essential feedback to the Managing Director to help shape the future direction of the business.

- This role will require frequent travel.

Skills and experience:

- Experience within the same industry preferred but not essential.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in MicrosoftWord and Excel.

- A commitment to getting things done in the right way.

- Have a passion for people.

- A problem solver.

- A drive to succeed and desire to go the extra mile.

- Solid time management skills with the ability to work autonomously as required.
