Location: Rocklea, QLD

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Counter Trade Sales Assistant to join our busy welding supplies store in Rocklea.

Monday to Friday position with no weekend work, offering consistent hours and the opportunity to join a supportive team in a quick-paced environment.

Monday to Friday

7:30am - 4:30pm

Pay Rate

$36.68 per hour

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll provide outstanding customer service while assisting with product enquiries, sales, and general store operations. Every day is different, and you'll be working with trade professionals and DIY customers alike.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
- Processing sales and customer orders
- Assisting customers with product selection
- Receiving and unpacking stock
- Maintaining a clean, organised retail environment
- Working closely with the warehouse and sales team

About You

- Previous customer service or retail experience




- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a busy team environment
- Basic computer skills

Highly Desirable (but not essential):

- Experience in the welding industry or knowledge of welding equipment and consumables
