Manufacturing Operators - 12 Hour Day Shift

Join a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer specialising in high-quality complementary medicines, dietary supplements, and personal care products. We are seeking experienced Production Line Setters with strong GMP knowledge and a background in regulated, high-volume production environments.

This position offers genuine career progression, with an ongoing role and potential for permanency.

Rotating 12 Hour Shifts, Three weekend days per month and two full weekends off per month.

This role offers 12 hour shifts (Day Shift 7:00am - 7:00pm ).

Roles and Responsibilities

- Set up packaging machines and production lines
- Demonstrate experience in setting up machines or packaging lines
- Set up filling and packing equipment, and strip down, clean, and reassemble filling equipment to ensure productive production of high-quality products




- Utilise strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

About You

- Proven experience as a machine operator within food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced production environment within the pharmaceutical or food manufacturing industry
- High attention to detail, with a strong commitment to product quality and compliance
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and support smooth production line performance
