Life Without Barriers in Grafton is seeking a Casual Residential Youth Worker (Intensive Therapeutic Care & Significant Disabilities) to support children and young people aged 12 to 17 who’ve experienced trauma or neglect. The role involves in-home care in 24/7 residential settings.

You’ll work rostered shifts including afternoons, sleepovers and weekends, with a focus on safety, personal care where required, and collaboration with families and communities to help build brighter futures.
