Protech is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team, supporting a reputable manufacturing client based in Geebung (QLD 4034).

We have an immediate vacancy available for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader who can effectively lead daily warehouse operations, drive team performance, and maintain high standards of safety, productivity, and quality.

Team Leader - Warehouse (Geebung, QLD)

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Competitive rate of $42.38/hr
- Immediate start available
- Monday to Friday alternating roster
- Day Shift 1: 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Day Shift 2: 8:00am - 4:30pm

- Penalty rates and overtime opportunities available
- Stable, ongoing work with a temp-perm position available

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, support, and coordinate daily warehouse operations
- Supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and operational targets are met
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
- Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks
- Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch activities
- Manage stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Deliver training, guidance,



and support to team members as required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse setting

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Current High Risk Forklift Licence (LF)
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable work ethic with a commitment to safety and teamwork
- Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
