About You

We are looking for a Scrum Master star based in Sydney. Someone who is passionate about elevating the Project Management profession and ideally brings experience from a professional services/consulting background.

You will be engaging with project teams and collaborating with a range of stakeholders, making recommendations, providing guidance and sharing knowledge around project best practices.

Please note: 6 month initial contracts with possible extensions starting ASAP and is based in Sydney, requires 2 - 3 days in the office in Parramatta.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across the SDLC.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, testers, and business teams.




- Identify and remove delivery impediments while promoting continuous improvement.
- Track project risks, dependencies, budgets, and schedules.
- Drive Agile best practices and foster a high-performing team culture.
- Ensure quality delivery through effective governance and reporting.

About You

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead. Ideally government projects experience. It would be ideal if you have worked as a Scrum Master in a Salesforce Project. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies. Experience managing software development and technology projects. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Relevant Agile or Project Management certifications highly regarded.
