You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU AREWe are interested in hearing from you if you:

- are an admitted solicitor in NSW + have minimum 2+ YEARS experience (up to senior associate) in plaintiff personal injury law including in statutory workers compensation (essential)+ common law work injury damages (preferable);
- have proven ability to manage your own statutory WC files from start to finish;
- have strong legal technical knowledge +drafting & advocacy skills, are client-centric andresults- driven;
- are ambitious+commercially astute;
- have proven ability to work well in a vibrant, fast-paced workplace;
