With over 100 unique brands, a loyal customer base and an ambitious growth strategy, we're entering an exciting new phase of expansion. We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the business, develop our people and drive sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership across Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, Warehouse, Purchasing and Finance. Including overseeing daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the business.
- Build a high-performing culture through effective leadership, recruitment, performance management, coaching and employee development.
- Manage and optimise HRIS systems.
- Oversee marketing department to drive marketing efforts using platforms like Klaviyo and social media.
- Drive business performance through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and commercial decision-making as well as advertising strategies.
- Utilise data-driven approaches to improve business performance.
- Maintain and enhance our Shopify store.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage purchasing, inventory programs, and logistics.
- Implement new systems and manage projects.




- Inspire and lead department heads and management teams.
- Expand omnichannel sales and explore overseas markets.

Ideal Candidate

- Extensive experience in HR and people management.
- Proficient in HRIS systems.
- Previous experience in a similar online retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, automate workflows and enhance customer experience.
- Confident, decisive leader who can hold people accountable while building trust and respect.
- A genuine commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where every team member is treated with dignity and respect as well as the Beserk community.
- Strong digital literacy and marketing skills.
- Financial acumen and advertising experience.
- Knowledge of Shopify and CRM systems.
- Experience with freight and logistics.
- Ability to inspire and lead teams.
- Knowledge of omnichannel sales and international market expansion.
