Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Branch Team Member to join our client’s team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys a hands‑on role involving driving a company UTE, customer deliveries, and supporting daily branch operations.

You’ll be the face of the business — ensuring customers receive their products safely, on time, and with a skilled attitude.

What’s On Offer:

- $30 - $32 per hour + Super
- Overtime paid for additional hours worked
- Monday to Friday roster + Saturday half day

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive a company UTE and complete local customer deliveries
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload products




- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the business professionally
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures
- Assist with picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised branch environment
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality service

- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Physically fit and happy with manual handling tasks
- Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail

Essential Requirements:

- Current Driver’s Licence
- Good communication skills

Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse, trade supplies, hardware, or customer service roles will be highly regarded.
