We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated High Reach Forklift Driver to join our dynamic warehouse team for the upcoming busy peak season.

In this pivotal seasonal casual role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of High Reach Forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve products within our busy warehouse facility. You will play a crucial part in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring smooth warehouse operations during our peak period.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate deep reach forklifts safely and efficiently in narrow aisles to a maximum height of 10.5m.

- Load, unload, and stack products, ensuring proper storage and minimising damage.

- Perform daily pre-start checks on equipment and report any faults or maintenance requirements.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counting.





- Adhere to all WHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe working workplace.

- Assist with general warehouse duties as required, including picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to achieve daily targets and maintain workflow.

Requirements/Experience

- Proven experience as a Deep Reach Forklift Driver in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

- Valid Australian High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) with LF endorsement (Forklift).

- Demonstrated experience operating deep reach forklifts (e.g., Crown, Raymond, Hangcha).

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to WHS regulations.

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks.

- Availability and commitment to work through our seasonal peak period.

This is a seasonal casual warehouse position working Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm with work guaranteed to Christmas.
