We’re offering an opportunity to join our Sydney Commercial team as a Scheduler, responsible for coordinating technicians, managing job bookings, and ensuring efficient service delivery across the Sydney metro area.

About the Role

- Schedule and allocate daily jobs to technicians across the Sydney region
- Manage incoming service requests, bookings, and reschedules
- Optimise technician runs to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Act as the key point of contact between customers and field teams




- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time
- Ensure all systems are accurately updated (job status, notes, customer details)
- Work closely with operations teams to support service delivery and customer satisfaction

About You (Skills & Experience)

- Experience in scheduling, logistics, rostering, or coordination (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator across phone, email, and internal teams
- Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using systems/CRM and managing multiple tasks at once
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
