Our company is a leading manufacturer of surfactants in the Australian/New Zealand market. We have been servicing the chemical industry for over 80 years and are proud of our long local history as an Australian manufacturer.

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller who is looking to join our team and is passionate about delivering high performance.

About The Role

Based at Wetherill Park, an opportunity exists for an experienced Inventory Controller for a permanent full-time position.

Your duties will include:

- Planning and management of local raw material and packing required to support production.
- Inventory control of raw material finished good and packaging.
- Cycle counting and reconciliation of Finished Goods, raw material and packaging.
- Accurate 3PL and inventory stock reconciliation and associated reporting
- Management of stock on hold, due to expire, slow moving & obsolete stock
- Control and approval of 3PL invoices and other invoices as required.
- Coordinate arrival of imported RM to be used in production.
- Back up of for import.

To be suitable for this role:

- Tertiary studies in engineering, logistics or business, will be viewed favourably.
- Prior experience in a supply chain role and can demonstrate strong inventory control and planning skills.
- Experience using an ERP system,



knowledge of JDE is highly desirable.
- Flexible work attitude
- Positive negotiation and conflict resolution ability
- Ability to multitask and work in a deadline driven role
- Great written and verbal communication skills along with a customer service focus
- Dangerous Goods Storage and Transport knowledge.
- Understanding of the Production Process and Quality system
- Understanding of S&OP; Process.
- Site Safety Regulations

To be considered for this role, you will be:

- 8.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday with flexibility.
- Eligible to work full-time in Australia
