About Our Client

Our client is a well-established, Australian-owned business with a strong reputation across the aged care, healthcare and hospitality sector, currently dressing 1 in 6 aged care workers across the market. With decades of industry experience and a growing team, they're entering an exciting phase of expansion — and this newly created role offers genuine career progression, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

The Opportunity

As Uniform Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio split between nurturing an already strong existing client base and identifying new growth opportunities within those accounts. You'll be trusted to work autonomously,



with a leadership style that gives you real ownership rather than micromanagement.

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 5 years' experience in the uniform industry and/or healthcare or medical equipment sector
- Experience managing a CRM (HubSpot highly regarded)
- A self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine drive to grow business
- Strong listening, communication, negotiation and networking skills
- The discipline to analyse performance, spot trends and act on them
- A relationship-first approach — connected, optimistic, and outcome-driven
- Comfort with a process-driven environment and the patience to build long-term relationships
