What You’ll Do

Perform on‑site scheduled servicing, fault finding, and urgent repairs on mobility and rehabilitation equipment across clients homes, aged care facilities and community settings.

Deliver exceptional customer service—listen, solve, and communicate clearly.

Keep accurate service records and report parts usage.

Collaborate with scheduling and support teams for smooth service delivery.





Share ideas to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

1-2 years hands‑on experience in fault finding and repair (electrical/mechanical)

Experience working independently in a field‑based role.

Experience with mobility, medical, or assistive equipment highly desirable.

NDIS or healthcare exposure desirable.

A professional, customer‑focused attitude.

Ability to lift up to 20kg and hold a valid Australian driver’s licence (P2 acceptable).

Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
