They believe that fresh food brings people together, and they're looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead the Victoria Point store and help the team continue to thrive. As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring efficient operations, strong financial performance and outstanding customer service.

Task & responsibilities Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the retail store.
- Recruit, train, supervise and mentor retail staff.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs.




- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels and coordinate ordering with suppliers.
- Oversee merchandising and ensure attractive product displays.
- Monitor stock rotation, minimise waste and maximise product quality.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and food handling standards.
- Manage customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators.
- Control store expenses and contribute to profitability.
- Implement promotional activities and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
- Foster a positive, productive and customer-focused workplace culture.

Qualification & experience About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Diploma level qualification or higher
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant full-time retail management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience managing stock, merchandising and inventory.
- Sound financial and commercial awareness.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.
- High level of customer service and relationship management skills.
- Competency using point-of-sale systems and standard business software.
