About the Role

As the Student Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for many of our students and stakeholders, ensuring every interaction is professional, welcoming and efficient.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service to students, employers and stakeholders

- Managing student enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face

- Processing enrolments and maintaining accurate student records

- Supporting trainers and management with administrative tasks

- Scheduling classes, assessments and student communications

- Preparing training documentation and student resources

- Maintaining compliance documentation and electronic filing systems





- Assisting with reporting and general office administration

- Working collaboratively across multiple departments to deliver an outstanding student experience

About You

You are someone who:

- Has outstanding organisational and time management skills

- Loves providing exceptional customer service

- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Can manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail

- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment

- Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly

- Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems

- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Desirable Experience

Experience in one or more of the following would be highly regarded:

- Registered Training Organisation (RTO) administration

- Student management systems (aX, VETtrak or similar)

- Training administration

- Domestic VET administration

- AVETMISS or compliance administration

- Customer service or reception

Don't have RTO experience but have strong administration skills and a great attitude? We'd still love to hear from you.
