We are currently seeking an organised and customer-focused Warehouse Administrator to join our busy team based in Enfield. This is an ongoing opportunity offering consistent full-time hours for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers regarding delivery schedules and updates.
- Coordinate and arrange timely re-deliveries when required.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the warehouse and transport teams to ensure efficient dispatch operations.
- Update delivery information and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Monitor outstanding deliveries and proactively resolve issues.
- Provide general administrative support to the dispatch team.
About You
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a warehouse, transport, or logistics environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
