Our client, a Global Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain and Logistics business based in the Parramatta area, is seeking a Warehouse Operative with leadership experience to step into a Supervisor role. Permanent, full time position with attractive salary! 7am starts.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the Operations and Service Level of the operations
- Support the managers to manage the operations to budget
- Responsible for the timely administration of all reporting to the corporate office
- Responsible for the scheduling and supervision of the staff at the site
- Ongoing coaching and mentoring of staff to develop skills to the highest level

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:

- 3 years warehouse/logistics experience and 1-2 years leadership experience
- Solid 3PL experience, understands customer-specific requirements, SLAs, reporting,



and escalation expectations.
- Hands-on operational execution, confident across inbound, outbound, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and stock control.
- People management capability, can coach staff, manage performance, resolve issues, and build discipline on the floor.
- Systems and reporting discipline, comfortable with WMS/TMS, Excel, KPI tracking, daily reporting, and follow-up actions.
- Problem-solving under pressure, stays calm, acts with urgency, escalates early, and drives practical solutions.
- Productivity and cost awareness, understands labour control, overtime, rework, damages, service failures, and budget impact.
