About the role

Due to considerable growth we have a unique and exciting opportunity on offer for a Senior Strata Community Manager to manage a niche portfolio. The portfolio includes prestigious recent developments and the opportunity to advance to a senior management level within the company.

This is a fast-paced role where you will be working autonomously in a small and supportive team.

Duties & responsibilities

- Managing all elements of the Strata portfolio such as chairing meetings, completing minutes, agendas & budgets, implementing meeting actions,



processing work orders and other administration
- Responding to a high volume of customer enquiries including e-mails and phone calls
- Servicing clients day to day maintenance matters including on-site inspections and client meetings
- Visiting buildings and work closely with the client portfolio
- Complex project management
- Overseeing compliance requirements

Skills & experience

- Affiliated industry experience such as property, finance, hospitality management or legal will be considered
- Strong finance and administration skills
- Ability to negotiate and prioritise
- Lateral and quick thinker
