We're looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys developing high-performing teams, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

Working alongside our Food & Beverage and Kitchen leadership teams, you'll help lead the daily operation across our restaurants, bars, events and functions while inspiring your team to consistently deliver outstanding service.

About the Role

As Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, you will:

- Lead daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets.

- Inspire your team to deliver memorable guest experiences and exceptional service.

- Be a visible, hands-on leader during service, supporting your team where it matters most.

- Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, innovation and continuous improvement.

- Recruit, train and supervise staff

- Ensure departmental training is maintained to the highest standards.

- Monitor labour, productivity and departmental costs while contributing to financial performance.

- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, food safety,



workplace health and safety, and company standards.

- Assist with planning and delivering special events, promotions and activations.

- Identify opportunities to improve operations, guest satisfaction and overall business performance.

About You

You'll be a hospitality leader who genuinely enjoys working with people and leading from the front.

You'll also bring:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role within a premium hotel, resort or high-volume hospitality venue.

- Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar and function operations.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

- Sound understanding of food and beverage financials, including labour and cost control.

- Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

- The ability to multitask and perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards.

- A professional, positive and energetic approach.

Essential Qualifications

- Current Queensland RSA Certificate

- Current RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues)

- Approved Manager License

- Current First Aid Certificate
