AECI Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Administrator to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. The position is responsible for processing of Inbound Materials and Services and Third Party Outbound processing as well as related Reporting Tasks.
What you'll be doing
- Matching Invoices & processing Good Receipts in SAP, ensuring alignment with contractual and costing expectations
- Maintain and update operational and financial registers for stock and transport related movements, ensuring accuracy, completeness and auditability
- Processing Goods receipts for Third Party Outbound transactions in SAP
- Raising Purchase Requisitions and identifying where insufficient POs for stock movements in ERP and liaising with Supply Chain
- Engaging with Transport providers with Queries
- Processing Stock Transfers
- Creating inbound cart notes
- Review and validate Proof of Delivery documentation to support billing accuracy and cost recognition
- Assist with month end duties and ad-hoc tasks
What we're looking for
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements and automation
- Preferred: Familiarity with SAP or equivalent systems
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data entry and reporting
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
