We’re now seeking an a highly experienced hands on Safety Manager to champion this mission and elevate our organisation-wide WHS capability.

Your impact

Lead the organisation’s Safety Strategy and drive continuous improvement

Strengthen WHS systems, policies, and standards through best-practice safety governance

Build a proactive, accountable safety culture through coaching, engagement, and visible leadership

Ensure WHS compliance and manage regulatory obligations

Oversee incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions

Lead risk assessments, critical risk programs, and hazard controls

Partner with executives and operational and site leaders to embed safety into everyday decision-making

Analyse safety data, monitor KPIs,



and provide insights to senior leadership

What you bring

Proven hands on Safety leadership experience in a complex operational environment across all mainland states

Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk frameworks, and safety systems

Ability to influence, coach, and build capability across diverse teams

A proactive mindset with a passion for cultural change and continuous improvement

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills

A values-driven organisation where safety is genuinely prioritised

Senior leadership exposure and the ability to shape long-term strategy
