The ongoing growth of STAGE II PTY LTD has createdan exciting opportunity for a product developer in our youth ladies' wear team.

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, full time Product Developer/Garment Technician.

With a strong wholesale sector across all our brandsand a rapidly growing retail presence, STAGE II is responsible for and proud of our well-known, market-leading brands, includingAll About Eve, Silent Theory, St Goliath, Elm Lifestyle, Foxwood Clothing, and more!

JOB SUMMARY / AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

- Working in partnership with the Product Team and suppliers, your technical skills will contribute and bring life to the garment lifecycle:
- Being responsible for the fit, workmanship and QC issues that arise at the proto and PP sample stages to meet and maintain our high-quality standards.
- Liaise with offshore offices, suppliers and Production team on any potential delays.
- Exceptional eye for technical detail to consistently ensure standards are being met, and the correct documentation is used and followed.
- Working closely with Design in developing brand-specific garments

IF YOU THRIVE IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT, HAVE EXPERIENCE AND A GREAT WORKING KNOWLEDGE IN:





- Background in pattern making with specific in-depth knowledge of garment construction, fabrications, fit, shape, trims
- Qualifications in Fashion Design or a related field
- A thirst for high-pressure situations with an ability to prioritise conflicting demands and adapt to meet regularly changing needs.
- Can work closely within a team as well as the ability to act autonomously.
- Foster and manage positive working relationships across departments.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comprehensive Adobe Suite Knowledge, proficient in Illustrator.
- Intermediate Excel experience.
